Dear clients, please refer to this set of rules before you let our talents steal your heart.

1. Clients must understand Rent World’s basic rules. With that being said, you must also abide by the rules.
2. To comply with Rent World’s rules, clients must be at least 18 years old to get their heart stolen romantically. For NSFW sessions, you must be at least 21 years old. If you are under 18, we recommend platonic or family relationships only.
3. The Heart Stealers can only provide our services for CA, BA, or FA accounts that do not contain your real-life photos or videos containing your face and are not private/locked. It is strictly prohibited for personal/real-life and alter accounts to rent our talents.
4. Clients must not violate the privacy of The Heart Stealers. We strongly uphold privacy matters.
5. The Heart Keepers’ working hours are flexible. In the event that The Heart Keepers do not reply to your message regarding bookings or inquiries, please contact us at our Telegram bot channel.
6. Clients must make the payment first to avoid hit and run.
7. Session reschedules are only allowed if clients provide valid reasons or with our talent’s consent. You may contact The Heart Keepers one day (D-1) at the latest before the session.
8. The Heart Keepers reserve the right to cancel or terminate the session if any violations are found. We also have the right to reject a client’s form if our talents do not feel uncomfortable taking them.
9. After the session ends, Clients are expected to fill out talent’s Padlet.
